Exclusion Deadline
Tuesday, September 8, 2026
You must mail your request for exclusion, postmarked no later than Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Please note that the deadline to submit a request for exclusion from the End User OPIS Settlement Class passed on April 9, 2026. You may only submit requests for exclusion from either or both of the End-Users Atkore Defendants Settlement Class or End-Users Northern Pipe and Vinyltech Defendants Settlement Class at this time.

Your objection must be postmarked by Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Please note that the deadline to file an objection to the End User OPIS Settlement passed on April 9, 2026.
