Exclusion Deadline
Tuesday, September 8, 2026
You must mail your request for exclusion, postmarked no later than Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Please note that the deadline to submit a request for exclusion from the End User OPIS Settlement Class passed on April 9, 2026. You may only submit requests for exclusion from either or both of the End-Users Atkore Defendants Settlement Class or End-Users Northern Pipe and Vinyltech Defendants Settlement Class at this time.
Objection Deadline

Your objection must be postmarked by Tuesday, September 8, 2026. Please note that the deadline to file an objection to the End User OPIS Settlement passed on April 9, 2026. Final Fairness Hearing
Thursday, October 1, 2026
The Fairness Hearing will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. CT. Please note that the Fairness Hearing for the End-Users OPIS Settlement was already held on June 3, 2026.

This Settlement website is authorized by the Court, supervised by counsel for the Parties, and controlled by the Settlement Administrator approved by the Court. This is the only authorized website for this Settlement.
